This six week DROP IN OPTION Series will focus on the basics of mace movement for strength and mobility development while weaving in flow state principles through repetitive drills and movements. Getting the most out of the training, all sessions take place at Patrick Smith Park or are available on live zoom- moving on the grass allows us to do some grounding while we train! Drop in for $30/session or commit to the full series for $280! This is appropriate for beginner to advanced mace swingers.through repetitive drills and movements.
