RECALIBRATE is a ONE on ONE coaching program that can be 4 -12 weeks long depending on your goal. 

We will work closely together for the duration of this time. 

The program includes:

* Initial intake and assessment meeting to determine plan of action according to your goals.

* Meet three times a week in person (or Zoom) for specifically curated training sessions.

* Active recovery cultivation.

* Journaling.

* Nutrition guidance.

* Habit and behavior awareness and adjustments.

* Communicating daily

RECALIBRATE is for you if:

* You have a very specific goal

* You are tired of not feeling good and you are ready to make real changes.

* You have to address your health for medical reasons

* You have a busy life and need help in incorporating exercise and wellness.

* You want to see a real change.

* You are ready to level up your training.
