This 8 module program will teach you some of the fundamental steel mace exercises to get you comfortable and familiar with this modality.  You will put these movements into practice in each half hour module while combining them with some strengthening and conditioning body weight exercises to give you a thorough, effective, but short workout! You can go through this program once or a few times before moving on to the next level:  STEEL MACE FUNDAMENTALS + FLOW

In the Steel Mace Skills+Conditioning 8 module program, you will learn the different landmarks of the mace as we actually get a workout in, all you need to do is follow along!  You can do this program once or several times, you can progress or regress the intensity by adjusting which mace weight you use and by either moving slower or faster-  get what YOU need out of it!
