
Paula does not coach or train to lose weight, get a bikini body, etc… those are the RESULTS of the work, yes, but that is not the goal. Paula’s approach is to create an awareness and general understanding of the neuroscience behind movement, intentional behavior, and strength training and how this makes fitness have a deeper meaning and have an effect in our lives. One’s physical fitness is the vehicle to mind/body wellness and connection! Being strong on the mat makes you mentally stronger out in the world!
Paula coaches and trains STRENGTH and WELLNESS using different modalities, sometimes together, sometimes on their own. These include: heavy clubbells, steel mace, kettlebells, clubbell yoga, yoga asana sequences, Flowfit, Tacfit, flow state, conscious breathing, grounding, and cold therapy.
