meet paula goler
Paula Goler is a movement enthusiast who has dedicated her life to various forms of movement. She discovered Flamenco dance and Hatha Yoga during her college years and decided to commit to movement in all its forms.
Over the years, while raising her two sons and managing her family retail business, Paula has continued to develop and teach her movement journey.
Paula has certifications in Russian Hardstyle Kettlebell training, Circular Strength Training with heavy clubbells, Clubbell Yoga, 200-hour Yoga Alliance, and Steel Mace Vinyasa. With all of these she has deepened her understanding of the balance between strength training, flow state, and active recovery for a greater mind-body connection and experience.
